For one ball, you will need:
2 – Fold Lock Top Baggies
(note: not zip lock!)
2 – 7″ or 9″ round balloons
Rice – 1/3 cup for 7″ balloons
or 1/2 cup for 9″ balloons

Place rice in the corner of the first baggie and twist just above the rice two or three turns. Fold excess baggie over rice. (Too many turns creates a large lump.) Place in second baggie and repeat. Set aside. Cut necks off balloons at the spot where the neck is beginning to
flare out for the round part. (Save necks to make stress ball later using same instructions and necks instead of rice.) Spread balloon with first two fingers and push rice-filled baggies into balloons with thumbs and fingers. (After balloon is completely on rice baggie, the neck opening should be about the size of a dime or penny.) Place second balloon over the first in the opposite direction. When choosing colors, 2nd balloon will be predominant and 1st color shows the dot. (Choose the same color balloons for solid balls.) Over time, balloons can wear thin and tear. Do not remove the old balloons. (Too messy!) Just cover worn out ones with new ones. Repeat process for other two balls.
